Policies and General Information
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order that will include your invoice number. You may check the status of your order and view any tracking number(s) from the My Account page on the Raptor Computing Systems website.
Preordered Items
Preordered items are full prepay and are noncancellable. Anticpated "ship by" times appear on product detail pages and are accurate at the time of preordering. Raptor Computing Systems makes every effort to prevent delay in supply chains and manufacturing. Per Raptor Computing Systems shipping policy, all items in one order will be shipped together. If you need a different shipping accommodation, please contact us at sales@raptorcs.com; additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
Backordered Items
Raptor Computing Systems attempts to keep all items in stock and ready for shipment. If for any reason the requested items are out of stock at the time your order is placed, your entire order will be held until the backordered items become available. If you would like the remainder of your order to ship separately, please contact us at sales@raptorcs.com; additional shipping and handling costs may apply.
Purchase Orders
If your business requires the use of a purchase order, please contact us at sales@raptorcs.com for instructions. Valid purchase orders may be subject to restocking fees upon cancellation, at Raptor Computing Systems' sole discretion.
Limited Warranty
Raptor Computing Systems computing products are subject to a 2-year limited warranty, with an optional extended warranty available on select products. No other express or implied warranties are provided. A refundable deposit may be required to process an advanced RMA, otherwise return of the faulty component(s) under a valid RMA may be required prior to shipment of replacements. See the Return Policy for instructions on product returns. Please note that firmware upgrades of any kind are not covered under warranty, but may be available as a separate, paid convenience service. Thermal paste may ooze out of the CPU / socket interface, is not to be used, and may void warranty. For warranty assistance please contact us at support@raptorcs.com.
Online Orders and Pricing
Online pricing is valid only for orders placed and paid through the Raptor Computing Systems website. Orders placed via PO or requiring special handling are not eligible for the discounted online pricing. Orders placed via the Raptor Computing Systems website will not enter the packing queue until payment is received in full.
Return Policy
Raptor Computing Systems may, at its sole discretion, allow certain items to be returned for a refund.
At a minimum, the following conditions must be met for a return request to be considered:
a.) An RMA request must be received within 30 days of purchase.
b.) The item must be returned undamaged, in full working order, and in the original packaging.
c.) All accessories must be returned with the item in their original packaging.
d.) The item must be returned with the original invoice and a valid RMA number.
e.) Returns will not be accepted later than 45 days from date of purchase.
f.) Return shipping, including any insurance, to Raptor Computing Systems is the Buyer's full responsibility.
g.) Items refused at delivery without a valid RMA are subject to additional charges at Raptor Computing Systems' sole discretion.

Export Policy
Raptor Computing Systems hardware, software programs, and technical data may not be sold, exported, or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, to U.S. embargoed countries, destinations or entities of Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, or Syria, or to any other countries, destinations or entities that are currently or later added to the U.S. embargo list, or to persons/entities on the Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Specially Designated Nationals List and the Debarred List, or to any U.S. sanctioned country, destination, entity, or person, without prior written authorization from the appropriate departments of the United States Government. Payment of customs and duty, where applicable, is the Buyer's full responsibility.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information, including your email address, that you provide to Raptor Computing Systems will be used solely for order billing, shipment, and/or technical support. Raptor Computing Systems will not sell, lease, distribute, or donate your personal information to any outside entity with the following exceptions:
Unpaid Invoice Policy
If an invoice has not been fully paid within 30 days of product shipment, Raptor Computing Systems may, at its sole discretion, assess monthly finance charges to the unpaid portion of that invoice at the legal rate of interest and terms set by the the State of Illinois in Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS), Section 815 ILCS 205.
